Where you are looking for larger numbers of staff with primarily task based competencies, rather than senior leadership roles, we can provide a contingency (success based) service, based upon our database and ability to market roles through appropriate platforms. This can be a cost-effective solution to ramping up capabilities quickly.

Contingency Management

We do accept contingency assignments for senior roles and sometimes present senior candidates to clients, on a contingency basis. Where you would like us to look out for, but not actively target, particular candidates, or would like to receive senior candidates profiles on a speculative basis, this is a useful way to proceed.

Where you are looking for people to assume leadership roles that have critical impact upon business outcomes this is the way to go. We undertake a great deal more work to identify quality talent than with other methods. For strategic planned hires we recommend a retained approach since it enables us to allocate dedicated resource to your assignment. In addition to a database search and advertising, for retained clients, we undertake a head-hunting search of a targeted sector. Retained clients receive a regular report allowing them to actively track assignment progress, plan their diaries to allow for interview scheduling and a map of the talent capabilities in their sector.
