Our client is a successful software development business.  Employing hundreds of software engineers across several offices in Romania, they contimue to grow their team.

An experienced IT recruiter with a proven track record of success

  • Manage and support the recruitment team;
  • Use the employer brand and promote it as employer brand of choice;
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, planning all recruiting activities;
  • Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs;
  • Manage the recruitment process for all positions;
  • Online searches for appropriate candidates, application screening, interviews;
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits;
  • Improve recruitment policies and selection procedures;
  • Provide regular and accurate recruitment reports.

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will have the experience, confidence and know-how of working in fast growing organizations, establishing strong and positive relationships in a team, assuming in the same time the leading role;
  • University degree in relevant specialization, preferably in a Human Resources related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position, in HR or Recruiting department, or agency;
  • Knowledge of the IT recruitment market;
  • Experience in using effective tools and modern channels to attract quality candidates;
  • Corporate recruiting experience in a fast growing organization is a plus;
  • Very good communication, negotiation and networking skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Romanian and English;
  • Passionate about finding, attracting and recruiting the best candidates.
