The Company

Our client is an established international IT company, that has a portfolio of software products available in global markets.  Romania is their development headquarters, with several offices around the country, and they are growing fast.

They seek an experienced Head of Recruitment with a proven track record of success to

  • Lead a dynamic recruitment team;
  • Use the employer brand and promote it as employer brand of choice;
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, planning all recruiting activities;
  • Represent the company in recruiting events such as job fairs;
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for your team team, including:
  • Mentoring and supporting staff;
  • Online searches for appropriate candidates, application screening, interviews;
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits;
  • Improve recruitment policies and selection procedures;
  • Provide regular and accurate recruitment reports for both line managers and the HR Director.

The Candidate

  • The successful candidate will show a track record of leading a project based recruitment team.
  • Demonstrable operational capabilities in recruiting themselves;
  • Used to working under pressure to demanding deaslines;
  • University degree in relevant specialization, preferably in a Human Resources related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
  • Knowledge of the Romanian IT labour market;
  • Experience in using effective tools and digital channels to attract quality candidates;
  • Very good communication, negotiation and networking skills;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Romanian and English;
  • Passionate about finding, attracting and recruiting the best candidates.
